Advanced Multipitch Course

Two days dedicated to refining the techniques required for climbing long routes. You will learn how to climb multipitch routes where fixed protection must be supplemented with removable gear, how to manage rope team progression along exposed ridges, and how to organise abseil descents in exposed terrain.

The course is designed for climbers who already have experience on multi-pitch routes and want to consolidate their skills while refining their technique.

The objective of the course is to develop the ability to move safely and confidently on long alpine routes. You will learn how to connect anchors properly, manage multiple abseils efficiently, and handle rope team progression manoeuvres.
