Ski Touring & Freeride Week in Niseko – Hokkaido, Japan

21–30 January 2026: Ski touring and freeride week in Hokkaido, northern Japan, the world capital of powder.Epic descents through sparse birch forests and magical volcanoes!Discover the wonder of this region and experience the magic of Japan’s nature on skis.

The program runs over 10 days (9 nights, 8 full ski days).

Day 1–2: Departure and arrival on international flight to Tokyo Narita. Domestic flight to Sapporo Chitose. Transfer by minivan to Niseko.

Day 3–4: Niseko offers the largest variety of off-piste terrain in Hokkaido and is one of the top powder destinations in the world. It was also among the first resorts with modern lift infrastructure and full-service facilities. We will do 1–2 days of ski touring with partial use of lifts, plus a day dedicated to Mount Yotei (1,898 m), a large volcano offering long, steep descents to be attempted only in favorable weather conditions.
